How to use mozzingo / users guide
1. Mozzingo.com provides its customers with an online
platform to assist them with mechanic availability for a worry-free journey.
2. We provide only mechanic availability for two wheeler and
four wheeler vehicles (LMV ). The service provided by Mozzingo.com is provided in India. Hence
all interpretations shall be construed in the context of India. Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) in
the Indian context shall mean cars, jeeps, vans and small pick-up trucks used
for both personal and commercial purposes.
3. We provide this facility to forward your service request to
the nearest available mechanic.
4. This facility is provided from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If you request a service after
9:00PM you will have to pay a 50% additional service fee to the mechanic.
This service fee will not be deducted from your Mozingo points .Which will be
given by you to the mechanic in cash. For example, an additional service
fee of Rs.100 will be charged for two-wheeler service and Rs.200 for
four-wheeler service. This does not include the cost of accessories. If you do not pay the 50%
additional service fee to the mechanic after availing night service, this
amount will be deducted from your Mozingo points, which may reduce your points
and leave you short of points to send another request. Therefore, you must pay
the additional service fee in cash.
This facility may not be available
during national festivals or natural events or holidays or in exceptional cases
like unavailability of mechanic in that area.
5. A charge of 200 points for two wheeler, 400 points for four
wheeler vehicles (LMV ) and 400 points for towing service will be levied
per service request for transporting the mechanic/Towing service provider to
the customer. This charge is only for transporting the mechanic/towing service
provider to the requested vehicle.
6. This does not include the cost of repairing the vehicle by
the mechanic and the cost of any kind of accessories, the customer will have to
bear this himself. The customer will decide its cost himself after talking to
the mechanic.
7. The customer can ask for accessories or any other service
related to his vehicle as per his requirement for which he will have to pay the
prescribed price to the mechanic himself.
8. Only verified mechanics are provided by Mozzingo.com, if
there is any doubt, please inform us immediately.
Once subscribed, the subscriber can send service
request twice in a year.
9. If the customer runs out of points, he can increase his
points by recharging. If a customer has not sent any service request within a
year, then when he subscribes next year, 200/400 points will automatically get
added from the remaining points, which can be used in that year.

For towing service –
Base charges: 400 points+ Per Km Charge: ₹100/km+ Night/Emergency: 10–20% extra
charge.
The distance will be calculated twice as far as the towing
service provider takes you to the nearest garage. For example, if your vehicle
is taken to the nearest garage located 5 km away by the towing service
provider, then the total distance will be 5 x 2 = 10 km and the charges will be
payable based on this distance.
10. Our endeavour is to ensure that a mechanic is available as
soon as possible for the vehicle requested for service and that your vehicle is
repaired.
11. Customers must ensure that they place the service request
from the main road or their home or a safe place only.
12. After sending the request, an OTP will be sent to your
mobile on the service request page, which you should provide to the mechanic
after the mechanic repairs the vehicle.
13. After the mechanic repairs the vehicle, the customer will
have to pay the entire amount due and Mozzingo.com will not be responsible for
this in any way.
14. This is not any type of insurance nor is any guarantee or
warranty provided by us.
15. Get your vehicle and yourself insured regularly.
16. Follow all the vehicle laws applicable in India.
17. Take adequate caution while driving. Follow the traffic
rules.
18.Mozzingo will have no responsibility for or in connection
with any dispute or resolution of any offense, regardless of its nature,
between the customer and the mechanic.
19.Please do not request service while intoxicated. If a
mechanic arrives for service while intoxicated, please notify us immediately.
20. If the payment made by the customer to mozzingo fails due to
technical reasons, then it will be resolved as per the rules of the payment
gateway.
21. If you have a subscription for a vehicle and delete it
on your Mozzingo platform, the points available for that vehicle will also be
deleted. If you want to add that vehicle again, you will need to resubscribe.

How to use Mozzingo.com
1. Download the Mozzingo.com app from Play Store.
2. Enter your real mobile number on which you will receive the
verification code, enter it in the Mozzingo app.
3. Fill in your basic information.
4. Go to Add Vehicle page and fill in your vehicle details.
5. Subscribe for the relevant vehicle and generate your points.
6. Go to the Service Request page and when there is a problem
with your vehicle, send a service request by going to the respective vehicle
page.
7. A mechanic will be made available to you within some time.
8. An OTP will come on your page.
9. This should be provided to the mechanic after repairing the
vehicle.
10. If you face any kind of issue, please contact our customer
care representative immediately.

Terms and Conditions
www.mozzingo.com is committed to providing you with a safe and better platform,
we only assist our users in finding Quick Mechanic Service, but it is the responsibility
of the user to use his/her best judgment. While we have made every effort to
ensure a safe platform, we still recommend taking some precautions:
1. If a user enters incorrect information about his/her
profession etc., mark such profile as 'Report Abuse' and avoid contacting that
user.
2. If a user asks for any kind of financial assistance,
immediately stop communication with such user, and do as mentioned above.
3. Never share your financial details like bank account numbers,
online banking credentials, credit card details, OTPs etc.
4. Beware of fake sites that may look similar but are actually
owned by people who may have malicious intent. Many sites may look similar to
www.mozzingo.com but they are not linked or affiliated with www.mozzingo.com in
any way. Please check the URL of the site you are visiting.
5. Choose a safe location to meet users and inform your family
or trusted friends whenever possible.
6. www.mozzingo.com is only a primary means for communication
and exchange of information. Users are advised to adequately verify the profile
content. It is the responsibility of the user to verify the authenticity of the
information displayed on the profile and not www.mozzingo.com. If you encounter
any of the above unusual adverse circumstances or come across a potentially
fake profile, please immediately notify us at contact us.

The www.mozzingo.com Website/Licensed Mobile Application and all media and all
content available thereon, including online or electronic documents, are owned
and operated by Arpas infotainment & services (opc)private limited
(“Company”). Mozzingo.com is a product of Arpas infotainment & services
(opc)private limited (“Company”).The www.mozzingo.com Website/Licensed Mobile
Application are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform” Is
referred to as. The Platform is an intermediary as defined under sub-section
(w) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Visitors to the
Platform are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to access and use the
Content and Services in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Any
visitor to the Platform, whether or not he or she has accessed the Platform
and/or made any payment to avail the Services, whether or not registered, is
hereinafter referred to as the “User”. By accessing the Platform, the User
agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”). If a
User does not agree to any of these terms and conditions, he or she must not
access or use the Platform.
1. The Platform is owned and operated by www.mozzingo.com, a
division of Arpas infotainment & services (opc) private limited
(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”/ARPAS INFOTAINMENT & SERVICES
(OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED) whose registered office is presently located at
Aakanksha Niwas Near Durga Mandir, Durga para Santoshi Nagar Raipur
Chhattisgarh, India.
2. The Platform is intended to serve only as an initial means of
contact and information for those Users, Those who need mechanic assistance to
solve vehicle related problems.
3. The Company assumes that each User logging on to the Platform
has genuine and honest intent, and not otherwise.
4. Under no circumstances shall the Company be responsible for
any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Platform or the services
offered on the Platform and/or any content posted or transmitted on the
Platform by Users.
5. Any information from exchanges on or through the Platform
should not in any way be construed as a recommendation on behalf of the
Company. The Company will not be responsible for any economic, social, physical
or any other loss or damage that may arise as a result of the use of the
service provided by the Company.
6. To use the Platform, you can sign in using your Face
book/Google/twitter etc. login. By doing so you authorize us to access and use
certain Face book/Google/twitter etc. account information that you choose to
display publicly.
7. The Company collects information such as, without limitation,
email ID, address, name, telephone/mobile number, date of birth, gender,
health, ethnic/cultural background, religion, occupation, preferences, location
etc. to create a profile of the User on the Platform. The data thus collected
is valid. The data is displayed only after obtaining the prior consent of the
User. The Company does not collect financial information from the Users. If the
required data is not provided by the User, the User will not be able to access
the Platform and/or use the Services. The User consents to the use of his/her
data to be displayed to other Users on the Platform.
8. The User can upload the data himself or through Our Sales
Representative.
9. Unless specifically authorized by the Company in writing,
Users undertake not to copy/download,/publish,/modify and distribute Available
Content on the Platform. Users undertake not to establish any link or other
connection to any page of the Platform without obtaining the prior written
consent of the Company.
10. Users undertake not to use the Platform for their personal
purposes, whether commercial or otherwise.
11. Information collected by the Company from Users. The Company
also reserves the right to use/share the content/data with its partners.
12. The Company adopts technical means on the Platform to
exclude scraps/robots,/scripts, programs etc. from any content on the Platform.
The Users undertake to avoid these means.
13. The Users agree that access to the content available on the
Platform is provided by the Company to the Users on an 'as is' and 'as
available' basis. Users wishing to make use of the information provided are
advised to conduct due diligence in respect of the content provided on the
Platform at their own initiative, cost and effort. The Company does not
advise/recommend any User to establish any contact/interaction with other
Users.
14. All information available in the User's profile is placed on
the Platform directly by the User without any prior notice, consent or
verification by the Company . The Company may, at its sole discretion and
without notice, at any time, terminate or restrict the User's access to the
Platform (or any part thereof) if the User commits or attempts to commit any of
the following prohibited acts and/or remove any content uploaded by the User
for any reason, including taking necessary legal action. a) Users of the
Platform are prohibited from uploading, posting, transmitting, updating or sharing
any information belonging to another person and over which the User has no
right. b) is extremely harmful, harassing, blasphemous, abusive, obscene,
paedophilic, defamatory, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racially,
ethnically objectionable, defamatory, relates to or promotes money laundering
or gambling. Using the Platform to harm, exploit or otherwise exploit minors or
perform illegal activities is prohibited.c) Users are prohibited from
infringing any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights; d)
violating any law for the time being in force in India is prohibited. e)
Messages that deceive or mislead the recipient or transmit any information
which is highly offensive or menacing in nature; such as impersonating another
person this is prohibited. f) Contains software viruses/any other computer
code/files/programs designed to interrupt/destroy or limit the functionality of
the Platform; use of the same is prohibited g) Threatens the unity, integrity,
defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign
States or public order or incites the commission of any cognizable offence or
prevents investigation of any offence or insults any other nation. Any such act
is strictly prohibited.
15. The Company does not share User Data with other Users or
third parties without the prior consent of the User. Though the Company will
take all reasonable precautions, the Company shall not be responsible if the
User Data displayed on the Platform is unauthorized copied/printed/published/forged/replicated/tampered
with etc. or misused by any User. The User shall indemnify the Company
for all losses/damages caused to the Company due to any such improper
activity.
16. While using the Platform, Users are obliged to provide only
correct information, to which Users are bound at all times. The Company does
not represent the accuracy or reliability of any other information
displayed/uploaded in any Member/Visitor profile, the Owner, The employee or
agent is not responsible under any circumstances directly or indirectly for the
display of any online information which is in the nature of illegal
content/content, Resulting in any content that may be offensive/derogatory to
visitors/promote racism/bigotry/hatred/promise physical/mental harm or
disseminate any channel letters or junk mail or unsolicited mass mailing or
spamming or obscene material. The Company does not monitor the conduct of the
Users and therefore the Company does not take any responsibility for any
conduct of the Users who may avail/access/use/exploit the online services
provided by the Company.
17. The Company reserves the right to delete any profile or
cancel the registration/subscription of any User in its sole discretion based
on any complaint received from any other User or on its own findings or
assumption and without any notice to the User. Will stop providing the Services
to the User and will forfeit the registration fees/period as well as all other
relevant services with immediate effect and will also take appropriate legal
action against such User. Incorrectly entering misleading information in any of
the details of your profile; impersonate someone else or use the Site for any
commercial purpose; or interfere with or disrupt the operation of this Site, or
disobey any reasonable requirement, procedure or other requirement imposed by
the Company.
18. If any User violates any law or regulation for the time
being in force, action may be taken against such person or action.
19. The Company shall not be responsible for any communication/transmission
of information etc. between any User with another User through e-mail, chat or
any other means and the consequences arising between them. The Company is not
obliged to monitor any such dispute. The User and the Company shall not be a
party to such dispute/litigation etc.
20. The Company reserves the right to delete any profile if it
finds that the same individual has created multiple profiles on the Platform.
If a Member refuses to consent to physical address verification requested by
the Company, the Company shall have the right to mark the profile as “Not
Verified” or delete the profile.
21. The websites to which links are provided on the Platform and
their contents are the sole responsibility of the promoters of such websites
and the Company does not in any way endorse, endorse, or otherwise support any
of these websites or any content on the Platform. The Company does not endorse,
verify, verify or certify the User's identity or the identity of the User. The
Company does not take any responsibility for any other online services
displayed. The Company may provide various services like draw of lots, win free
ride, win free ticket etc.
22. The Company hereby expressly disclaims any liability or
warranty or guarantee, express, special or implied damages, compensation, loss
of profit, or any other economic, civil or criminal claims whatsoever arising
from the existence, promotion, content, links, information contained in the
Website.
23. The Company does not take any responsibility for any error,
omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communication line failure, theft, hacking or destruction or unauthorized
access to or alteration of User's communications.
24. Payment for the Services offered on the Platform shall be on
a 100% advance basis. Once subscribed, the payment made for the Services shall
be non-refundable. The Company's liability for damages and claims is limited
only to the refund of the amount paid.
25. The Company reserves the right to modify/change or amend all
or any of the disclaimers or these Terms at any time without any prior notice.
The User's continued use of the Platform shall constitute the User's acceptance
of the modified Terms.
26. The User is solely and exclusively liable. User is
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the user's password and
identification. The User will be solely responsible for completing any online
or offline transaction. The Company will not be liable for any improper
transactions of the credit card/debit card or other types of devices or
documents used online/offline by the customer for carrying out such
transactions and any information related to such use of the credit card/debit
card. Does not accept responsibility or liability . The Company takes
reasonable precautions to ensure that all or any data/information falls into
the wrong hands. The Company Credit Does not maintain card/debit cards/bank
accounts. All online payment transactions are done directly on the secure
platform of the payment gateway and not on the platform.
27. The company does not warrant that the platform will be
uninterrupted or error free. The company provides the service on an “as is”
basis. Will take all reasonable steps to provide an uninterrupted user
experience . Users acknowledge that their use of the Platform is entirely at
their own cost and risk. The Company may discontinue or change the Services or
the availability of the Platform at any time, and the User is also free to stop
availing the services on the Platform at any time.
28. The Company uses third party payment gateways on the
Platform and Users will be informed about failures in the gateway. Additional
currency/conversion fees/deductions/error related issues from the payment
gateway are not the responsibility of the Company It will be.
29. The Company has full ownership of the Platform and the
services provided there under.
30. The Company reserves the right to verify the authenticity of
the content posted on the Site. The Company reserves the right to seek
documentary evidence from any of its Users supporting the information/user data
posted on the Platform. And the User shall submit such documentary/other
evidence in support of such information without any objection. If the User
fails to submit such information within the reasonable and prescribed time
limit, The Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate the profile/access on
the Platform and without any refund and forfeit the advance amount and take
appropriate action under the provisions as per law.
31. The Company also reserves the right to take appropriate
legal action, at its discretion, against any User who, in any way, defames or
impairs the interests and functioning of the Platform or the Company.
32. The Company does not take responsibility for any information
posted on the Platform by its Users, any copyrighted material, trademarks or
other proprietary information without the prior written consent of the owner of
such proprietary rights and if a User does not provide the information, If the
information displayed/posted is not correct and if any illegal action has been
taken, then only that user will be liable for penalty.
33. The Company has no obligation to monitor the activities of
its Users. However, the Company reserves the right to monitor the Platform
electronically from time to time and to satisfy any law, regulation or other
government request, The right to disclose any information necessary to operate
properly or to protect itself or its users.
34.The use of this Platform and any dispute arising out of it
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Raipur,
Chhattisgarh.
35. If the Company receives any incriminating evidence/complaint
against a user from other users of the platform or if the Company suspects any
user's misbehaviour through the data available on its servers, it has the right
to ban the user. The right to ban is reserved.
36. For all services, 1 month shall be considered as equal to 30
days.
37. If a user keeps the requested information in any area other
than the prescribed purpose, the Company's screening team will remove it.
38. Users of the Platform are agreeing to receive the following
information

c) Important notifications from the Platform -
Messages/notifications are sent to inform the Users about various alerts
related to the use of the Platform. These will be communicated to the Users
through a mail/app notification etc. or through SMS/MMS/VMS/USSD/IVR/Calls etc.
on their landline/mobile from a non-140 number.
d) Promotional mails
39. Creation of duplicate profiles is prohibited on
www.mozzingo.com. If a user has forgotten his password, he can use the password
recovery option. If a duplicate profile is found, www.mozzingo.com may, at its
discretion, decide to delete/restrict access to the second profile/original
profile/both profiles.
40. Subscription Renewal: Mozzingo.com members have the option
to renew their services. If a member renews their subscription after the expiry
of the current subscription, this is considered a subscription renewal. This is
a new subscription.
41. Your name and mobile number, along with vehicle details and
the problem, will be displayed to the mechanic so they can contact you and
inquire about the vehicle issue. Once your service request is accepted, your
location will be displayed to the mechanic.. The information filled in by the
member appears on the profile page. Your profile page can appear in search
engines like Google/Bing/Yahoo etc. When the mechanic contacts you,
provide only information related to your vehicle and nothing else.
42. Use of some features on the Platform is governed by the
Terms. If your phone number is not verified, you will not be able to view the
phone/email/contact details of other members.
43. If the profile is deleted for any reason, the person's
subscription ends. As soon as the paid subscription profile is deleted, The
subscription terminates and cannot be reactivated. Consumable plans will
terminate with the subscription unless renewed prior to termination.
43A. If you have a subscription for a vehicle and delete it
on your Mozzingo platform, the points available for that vehicle will also be
deleted. If you want to add that vehicle again, you will need to resubscribe.
44. 'Contact details' may include one or more of the following -
A. Mobile Number,
B. landline number and
C. Mail address.
45. Registration and User Accounts
a). You may be required to register an account in order to
access certain features of the Website. You agree to provide accurate and
current information during the registration process and to update such
information to keep it accurate and current.
b). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
46. User Responsibilities
a). You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful prohibited
purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the
Website.
b). you will not post or transmit any material that is unlawful,
defamatory, obscene, offensive or otherwise objectionable.
c). you are solely responsible for the information and content
provided on your profile and interactions with other users. We do not check the
background of users and do not verify the accuracy of user profiles.
47. Plan upgrades shall be valid till completion of the original
purchased plan.
48. If a request is cancelled after the mechanic accepts it, the
deducted points will not be returned. An additional 100 points will be charged for cancellation
49. The customer can use the towing service at his own
discretion. If any kind of damage or accident occurs during towing,
mozzingo.com is not responsible for it.
50. Mozingo.com does not fix any price for any service; the service
provider will charge the customer a reasonable price.
51. Our Platform is directed to be used by adults only. If you
are not an adult, you may not make purchases, register, or provide personal
information to us while viewing our site. We or our affiliates/partners do not
knowingly collect information from minors.
52. The Company reserves the right, at its sole
discretion, to change, modify or amend the Terms at any time to comply with
legal or regulatory frameworks and for other legitimate business purposes. It
is your responsibility to review the Terms for any changes and you are encouraged
to check the Terms frequently. The Company will have no obligation to notify
Users of any changes to the Terms and Conditions. If you continue to use the
Platform, Content and/or Services after the updated Terms and Conditions have
been published, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted the
updated Terms and Conditions. Any reference to the Terms and Conditions herein
shall refer to the latest version of the Terms and Conditions.
53. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change. The right to
change the Terms and Conditions rests solely with the ARPAS INFOTAINMENT &
SERVICES (opc) PRIVATE LIMITED. Those who do not accept these Terms and
Conditions should not use our platform. When a user uses our platform, it will
be deemed that he has accepted all the Terms and Conditions.
54.The Mozzingo platform may not be used for any unethical,
criminal, antisocial, or illegal activities. Any user engaging in such use will
be solely responsible for such use.
2. Restrictions/Prohibitions
The following actions, amongst other things, will be considered abuse of the
Platform and are strictly prohibited:
1. Copy, extract, download, share, modify, sell, distribute or
otherwise exploit any material including any profile, photos and/or graphics of
the Company using the Platform and/or Service or Product, in any manner or for
any purpose not consistent with the intended purpose and/or conditions of use,
(A) for any commercial purpose such as providing access to the
Platform to any third party without the Company’s prior written consent; and/or
(B) Solicit fees or financial assistance in any name from any
other User; and/or
(C) Sharing access with persons who are not contracted with the
Company.
(D) Reselling products/services offered by the Company.

www.mozzingo.com is committed to providing you with a safe and better platform,
we only assist our users in finding Quick Mechanic Service, but it is the
responsibility of the user to use his/her best judgment.
While we have made every effort to ensure a safe platform, we
still recommend taking some precautions:
1. If a user enters incorrect information about his/her
profession etc., mark such profile as 'Report Abuse' and avoid contacting that
user
2. If a user asks for any kind of financial assistance,
immediately stop communication with such user, and do as mentioned above.
3. Never share your financial details like bank account numbers,
online banking credentials, credit card details, OTPs etc.
4. Beware of fake platforms that may look similar but are
actually owned by people who may have malicious intent. Many platforms may look
similar to www.mozzingo.com but they are not linked or affiliated with
www.mozzingo.com in any way. Please check the URL of the platform you are
visiting.
5. Choose a safe location to meet users and inform your family

How to use Mozzingo Mechanic App
1. Download Mozzingo Mechanic app from Play Store.
2. Enter your real mobile number on which you will receive the verification code. Enter it in the Mozzingo Mechanic app.
3. Fill in your basic information.
4. When a customer submits a vehicle-related service request, a notification will be sent to your mobile phone, detailing the problem and the customer's mobile number. You will contact the customer to inquire about the problem, and provide the expected price for accessories, if any, required.
Only if the customer agrees to pay the price will you accept the service request, repair the requested vehicle, and receive payment from the customer for your accessories expenses.
5. Mozzingo.com will not be responsible in any way for the payment. If any accessories are fitted to the vehicle by a mechanic, the cost will be charged to the customer by the mechanic. Mozingo will not make any payment in this regard.
6. Upon making the vehicle, take the OTP from the customer and enter it in your app so that we can credit the points to your account. This service is available from 9:00 AM
to 9:00 PM. If you accept a service request after 9:00 PM, you will incur a 50%
additional service charge. You must collect this charge from the
customer in cash. For example, an additional service charge of ₹100 will be
charged for a two-wheeler service and ₹200 for a four-wheeler service. This
does not include the cost of accessories. If the customer does not pay the 50 %
additional service charge to the mechanic after the night service, this amount
will be credited to your Mozingo Wallet by Mozingo. This process may take some
time, so you must collect the additional service charge from the customer in
cash. This facility may be unavailable on national festivals or in exceptional cases or on holidays.
7.For towing service –
Base charges: 400 points+ Per Km Charge: ₹100/km+ Night/Emergency: 10–20% extra charge.
The distance will be calculated twice as far as the towing service provider takes you to the nearest garage. For example, if your vehicle is taken to the nearest garage located 5 km away by the towing service provider, then the total distance will be 5 x 2 = 10 km and the charges will be payable based on this distance.
8. The accumulated points will be credited to your bank account through RTGS or NEFT within three days of submitting your request excluding government holidays.

The www.mozzingo.com Website/Licensed Mobile Application and all media and all
content available thereon, including online or electronic documents, are owned
and operated by Arpas infotainment & services (OPC) private limited
(“Company”). The www.mozzingo.com Website/Licensed Mobile Application are
hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform”. Is referred to as.The
Platform is an intermediary as defined under sub-section (w) of section 2 of
the Information Technology Act, 2000. Visitors to the Platform are granted a
non-exclusive, limited license to access and use the Content and Services in
accordance with the following terms and conditions. Any visitor to the
Platform, whether or not he or she has accessed the Platform and/or made any
payment to avail the Services, whether or not registered, is hereinafter
referred to as the “User”. By accessing the Platform, the User agrees to be
bound by the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”). If a User does not

the Platform.
1. The Platform is owned and operated by www.mozzingo.com, a
division of Arpas infotainment & services (OPC) private limited
(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”/ARPAS INFOTAINMENT & SERVICES
(OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED) whose registered office is presently located at Durga
Mandir, Durgapara Santoshi Nagar Raipur Chhattisgarh, India.
2. The Platform is intended to serve only as an initial means of
contact and information for those Users, Those who need mechanic assistance to
solve vehicle related problems.
3. The Company assumes that each User logging on to the Platform
has genuine and honest intent, and not otherwise.
4. Under no circumstances shall the Company be responsible for
any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Platform or the services
offered on the Platform and/or any content posted or transmitted on the
Platform by Users.
5. Any information from exchanges on or through the Platform
should not in any way be construed as a recommendation on behalf of the
Company. The Company will not be responsible for any economic, social, physical
or any other loss or damage that may arise as a result of the use of the
service provided by the Company.
6. To use the Platform, you can sign in using your
Facebook/Google/twitter etc. login. By doing so you authorize us to access and
use certain Facebook/Google/twitter etc. account information that you choose to
display publicly.
7. The Company collects information such as, without limitation,
email ID, address, name, telephone/mobile number, date of birth, gender,
health, ethnic/cultural background, religion, occupation, preferences, location
etc. to create a profile of the User on the Platform. The data thus collected
is valid. The data is displayed only after obtaining the prior consent of the User.
The Company does not collect financial information from the Users. If the
required data is not provided by the User, the User will not be able to access
the Platform and/or use the Services. The User consents to the use of his/her
data to be displayed to other Users on the Platform.
8. The User can upload the data himself or through Our Sales
Representative
9. Unless specifically authorized by the Company in writing,
Users undertake not to copy/download,/publish,/modify and distribute Available
Content on the Platform. Users undertake not to establish any link or other
connection to any page of the Platform without obtaining the prior written
consent of the Company.
10. Users undertake not to use the Platform for their personal
purposes, whether commercial or otherwise.
11. Information collected by the Company from Users. The Company
also reserves the right to use/share the content/data with its partners.
12. The Company adopts technical means on the Platform to
exclude scraps/robots,/scripts, programs etc. from any content on the Platform.
The Users undertake to avoid these means.
13. The Users agree that access to the content available on the
Platform is provided by the Company to the Users on an 'as is' and 'as
available' basis. Users wishing to make use of the information provided are
advised to conduct due diligence in respect of the content provided on the
Platform at their own initiative, cost and effort. The Company does not
advise/recommend any User to establish any contact/interaction with other Users.
14. All information available in the User's profile is placed on
the Platform directly by the User without any prior notice, consent or
verification by the Company.
The Company may, at its sole discretion and without notice, at
any time, terminate or restrict the User's access to the Platform (or any part
thereof) if the User commits or attempts to commit any of the following
prohibited acts and/or remove any content uploaded by the User for any reason,
including taking necessary legal action.
a) Users of the Platform are prohibited from uploading, posting,
transmitting, updating or sharing any information belonging to another person
and over which the User has no right.
b) is extremely harmful, harassing, blasphemous, abusive,
obscene, pedophilic, defamatory, invasive of another's privacy, hateful,
racially, ethnically objectionable, defamatory, relates to or promotes money
laundering or gambling. Using the Platform to harm, exploit or otherwise
exploit minors or perform illegal activities is prohibited.
c) Users are prohibited from infringing any patent, trademark,
copyright or other proprietary rights;
d) violating any law for the time being in force in India is
prohibited.
e) Messages that deceive or mislead the recipient or transmit
any information which is highly offensive or menacing in nature; such as
impersonating another person this is prohibited.
f) Contains software viruses/any other computer
code/files/programs designed to interrupt/destroy or limit the functionality of
the Platform; use of the same is prohibited
g) Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or
sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States or public order or
incites the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of
any offence or insults any other nation. Any such act is strictly prohibited.
15. The Company does not share User Data with other Users or
third parties without the prior consent of the User. Though the Company will
take all reasonable precautions, the Company shall not be responsible if the
User Data displayed on the Platform is unauthorizedly
copied/printed/published/forged/replicated/tampered with etc. or misused by any
User. The User shall indemnify the Company for all losses/damages caused to the
Company due to any such improper activity. The User shall indemnify the Company

16. While using the Platform, Users are obliged to provide only
correct information, to which Users are bound at all times. The Company does
not represent the accuracy or reliability of any other information
displayed/uploaded in any Member/Visitor profile, the Owner, The employee or
agent is not responsible under any circumstances directly or indirectly for the
display of any online information which is in the nature of illegal
content/content, Resulting in any content that may be offensive/derogatory to
visitors/promote racism/bigotry/hatred/promise physical/mental harm or
disseminate any channel letters or junk mail or unsolicited mass mailing or
spamming or obscene material. The Company does not monitor the conduct of the
Users and therefore the Company does not take any responsibility for any
conduct of the Users who may avail/access/use/exploit the online services
provided by the Company.
17. The Company reserves the right to delete any profile or
cancel the registration/membership of any User in its sole discretion based on
any complaint received from any other User or on its own findings or assumption
and without any notice to the User. will stop providing the Services to the
User and will forfeit the registration fees/period as well as all other
relevant services with immediate effect and will also take appropriate legal
action against such User. Incorrectly entering misleading information in any of
the details of your profile; impersonate someone else or use the Platform for
any commercial purpose; or interfere with or disrupt the operation of this
Platform, or disobey any reasonable requirement, procedure or other requirement
imposed by the Company.
18. If a User violates any law or regulation for the time being
in force, such person or action may be sanctioned.
19. The Company shall not be responsible for any
communication/transmission of information etc. between any User with another
User through e-mail, chat or any other means and the consequences arising
between them. The Company is not obliged to monitor any such dispute. The User
and the Company shall not be a party to such dispute/litigation etc.
20. The Company reserves the right to delete any profile if it
finds that the same individual has created multiple profiles on the Platform.
If a Member refuses to consent to physical address verification requested by
the Company, the Company shall have the right to mark the profile as “Not
Verified” or delete the profile.
21. The websites to which links are provided on the Platform and
their contents are the sole responsibility of the promoters of such websites
and the Company does not in any way endorse, endorse, or otherwise support any
of these websites or any content on the Platform. The Company does not endorse,
verify, verify or certify the User's identity or the identity of the User. The
Company does not take any responsibility for any other online services
displayed. The Company may provide various services like draw of lots win free
ride, win free ticket etc.
22. The Company hereby expressly disclaims any liability or
warranty or guarantee, express, special or implied damages, compensation, loss
of profit, or any other economic, civil or criminal claims whatsoever arising
from the existence, promotion, content, links, information contained in the
Website.
23. The Company does not take any responsibility for any error,
omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communication line failure, theft, hacking or destruction or unauthorized
access to or alteration of User's communications.
24. It is the responsibility of the mechanic to collect payment for accessories from the customers. The company has no responsibility in this regard.
25. The Company reserves the right to modify/change or amend all
or any of the disclaimers or these Terms at any time without any prior notice.
The User's continued use of the Platform shall constitute the User's acceptance
of the modified Terms.
26. The User is solely and exclusively liable. User is
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the user's password and
identification. The User will be solely responsible for completing any online
or offline transaction. The Company will not be liable for any improper
transactions of the credit card/debit card or other types of devices or
documents used online/offline by the customer for carrying out such
transactions and any information related to such use of the credit card/debit
card. Does not accept responsibility or liability . The Company takes
reasonable precautions to ensure that all or any data/information falls into
the wrong hands. The Company Credit Does not maintain card/debit cards/bank
accounts. All online payment transactions are done directly on the secure
platform of the payment gateway and not on the platform.
27. The company does not warrant that the platform will be
uninterrupted or error free. The company provides the service on an “as is”
basis. Will take all reasonable steps to provide an uninterrupted user
experience . Users acknowledge that their use of the Platform is entirely at
their own cost and risk. The Company may discontinue or change the Services or
the availability of the Platform at any time, And the User is also free to stop
availing the services on the Platform at any time.
28. The Company uses third party payment gateways on the
Platform and Users will be informed about failures in the gateway. Additional
currency/conversion fees/deductions/error related issues from the payment gateway
are not the responsibility of the Company It will be.
29. The Company has full ownership of the Platform and the
services provided there under.
30. The Company reserves the right to verify the authenticity of
the content posted on the Platform. The Company reserves the right to seek
documentary evidence from any of its Users supporting the information/user data
posted on the Platform. And the User shall submit such documentary/other
evidence in support of such information without any objection. If the User
fails to submit such information within the reasonable and prescribed time
limit, The Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate the profile/access on
the Platform and without any refund and forfeit the advance amount and take
appropriate action under the provisions as per law.
31. The Company also reserves the right to take appropriate
legal action, at its discretion, against any User who, in any way, defames or
impairs the interests and functioning of the Platform or the Company.
32. The Company does not take responsibility for any information
posted on the Platform by its Users, any copyrighted material, trademarks or
other proprietary information without the prior written consent of the owner of
such proprietary rights and if a User does not provide the information, If the
information displayed/posted is not correct and if any illegal action has been
taken, then only that user will be liable for penalty.
33. The Company has no obligation to monitor the activities of
its Users. However, the Company reserves the right to monitor the Platform
electronically from time to time and to satisfy any law, regulation or other
government request, The right to disclose any information necessary to operate
properly or to protect itself or its users.
34.The use of this Platform and any dispute arising out of it
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Raipur,
Chhattisgarh.
35. If the Company receives any incriminating evidence/complaint
against a user from other users of the platform or if the Company suspects any
user's misbehavior through the data available on its servers, it has the right
to ban the user. The right to ban is reserved.
36. For all services, 1 month shall be considered as equal to 30
days.
37. If a user keeps the requested information in any area other
than the prescribed purpose, the Company's screening team will remove it.
38. Users of the Platform are agreeing to receive the following

Messages/notifications are sent to inform the Users about various alerts
related to the use of the Platform. These will be communicated to the Users
through a mail/app notification etc. or through SMS/MMS/VMS/USSD/IVR/Calls etc.
on their landline/mobile from a non-140 number.
d) Promotional mails
39. Creation of duplicate profiles is prohibited on
www.mozzingo.com. If a user has forgotten his password, he can use the password
recovery option. If a duplicate profile is found, www.mozzingo.com may, at its
discretion, decide to delete/restrict access to the second profile/original
profile/both profiles.
40. Subscription Renewal: members have the option to renew their
services. If a member renews their membership after the expiry of the current
membership, this is considered a membership renewal. This is a new membership.
41. Your “name and detail” will be visible to the customer of
www.mozzingo.com. Once the service request is accepted by you, your mobile
number and details will be shown to the respective customer and the customer
details will be shown to you so that you can contact and get information about
the vehicle related problem.
42. Use of some features on the Platform is governed by the
Terms. If your phone number is not verified, you will not be able to view the
phone/email/contact details of other members.
43. If a profile is deleted for any reason, the individual's membership expires and cannot be reactivated. Mozzingo.com will need to be contacted again.
44. 'Contact details' may include one or more of the following -
A. Mobile Number,
B. landline number and
C. Mail address.
45. Registration and User Accounts
a). You may be required to register an account in order to
access certain features of the Website . You agree to provide accurate and
current information during the registration process and to update such
information to keep it accurate and current.
b). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
46. User Responsibilities
a). You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful prohibited
purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the
Website.
b). you will not post or transmit any material that is unlawful,
defamatory, obscene, offensive or otherwise objectionable.
c). you are solely responsible for the information and content
provided on your profile and interactions with other users. We do not check the
background of users and do not verify the accuracy of user profiles.
47. Plan upgrades shall be valid till completion of the original
purchased plan.
48. These terms and conditions apply to both the mechanic and the
towing service provider. Registering with the Mozzingo Mechanic app means that
you accept all the terms Conditions and regulations of Mozzingo.
49. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change. The right to
change the Terms and Conditions rests solely with the ARPAS INFOTAINMENT &
SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Those who do not accept these Terms and
Conditions should not use our platform. When a user uses our platform, it will
be deemed that he has accepted all the Terms and Conditions.
1A. Rules for mechanics/towing
service provider
1. Per access, 200 points will be given to two wheeler mechanic,
400 points will be given to four wheeler mechanic and 400 points for towing
service. The cost of any repairs or accessories installed by the
mechanic/towing service provider will be recovered by the mechanic/towing
service provider from the customer. Mozzingo will not provide any amount in
this regard. We only provide the service of providing mechanic/ towing service
provider access.
2. This point is provided to the mechanic/towing service provider to
access the request platform and provide his services.
3. After the mechanic/towing service provider reaches the
request platform and provides his service, the points will be awarded to him
only after the mechanic/towing service provider feeds the OTP provided by the
customer into his mobile app. It is mandatory to press the end button.
4. The points received by the mechanic will be credited to his
Mozzingo app wallet. This can be redeemed on the mechanic’s /towing
service provider request. As soon as the redeem request is received, his credited
points will be credited in the form of Indian Rupees in the bank account given
by the mechanic/towing service provider through RTGS or NEFT or any
other valid means. For example, if he has 5000 points in his Mozzingo app
wallet, then Rs 5000 will be credited to his account.
5. From time to time, Mozzingo organizes training programs for
Mozzingo mechanics. Information about which is provided separately. The travel
and accommodation arrangements for the training programs are provided by
Mozzingo .
6. Once registered as a Mozzingo Mechanic, the registered
mechanic will be provided a Mozzingo T-Shirt as a compliment.
7. A carrying tool kit will be provided to the Mozzingo
mechanic who provides at least 100 outreach services to different customers
within one year of registration.
8. If the Mozzingo mechanic remains associated with
Mozzingo for three continuous years and provides at least 3000 outreach
services to different customers, then financial assistance up to Rs. three
lakhs (3,00,000 Rs.) will be provided without any interest for the expansion of
the garage of such Mozzingo mechanic, which will be returned by the
Mozzingo mechanic in the next three years in equal monthly installments.
In this regard, there will be an agreement between Mozzingo mechanic and
Mozzingo , which will be operated by the competent officer of Mozzingo . And
its jurisdiction will be Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
Towing service provider
1. As per the Motor Vehicles Act 1988 rule, and revised
acts only a government authorised and licensed entity can perform the towing of
a vehicle.
2. Both the towing vehicle and the vehicle being towed must be
insured.
3. The connection between the two vehicles must be solid and
requires the use of approved ropes, chains or tow bars. The driver of both
vehicles must ensure that they have working lights such as tail lights, brake
lights and turn signals. This ensures that the towed vehicle is visible to
other drivers, reducing the risk of accidents.
4. The company or person providing towing services must have
permission from the local authorities to do so. The driver of both vehicles
must definitely have a valid driving licence.
5. The institute or person registering with mozzingo.com as
a towing service provider must have all valid documents related to the towing
service, which are mandatory to be produced when required.
6. If any kind of damage or accident occurs during towing,
mozzingo.com is not responsible for it.
7. No vehicle other than a
mechanically disabled motor vehicle or incompletely assembled motor vehicle, a
registered trailer or a side car, shall be drawn or towed by any motor vehicle,
except for purposes of delivery and to the nearest filling station or garage.
8. No motor vehicle shall be
drawn or towed by any other motor vehicle unless there is in the driver's seat
of the motor vehicle being drawn or towed a person holding a licence
authorising him to drive the vehicle or unless the steering wheels of the motor
vehicle being towed, are firmly and securely supported clear of the road surface
by some crane or other device on the vehicle which is drawing or towing it.
9. When a motor vehicle is being
towed by another motor vehicle, the clear distance between the rear of the
front vehicle and the front of the rear vehicle shall at no time exceed five
metres. The tow ropes, or chains shall be of a type easily distinguishable by
other road users and there shall be clearly displayed on the rear of the
vehicle being towed in black letters not less than seventy-five millimetres
high and on a white background the words "ON TOW".
10. No motor vehicle when
towing another vehicle other than a trailer or side car shall be driven at a
speed exceeding twenty-four kilometres per hour.
11. Towing Service Providers shall
provide their services in accordance with all laws and regulations made in
India.
2. Restrictions/Prohibitions
The following actions, amongst other things, will be considered abuse of the
Platform and are strictly prohibited:
1. Copy, extract, download, share, modify, sell, distribute or
otherwise exploit any material including any profile, photos and/or graphics of
the Company using the Platform and/or Service or Product, in any manner or for
any purpose not consistent with the intended purpose and/or conditions of use,
(A) for any commercial purpose such as providing access to the
Platform to any third party without the Company’s prior written consent; and/or
(B) Solicit fees or financial assistance in any name from any
other User; and/or
(C) Sharing access with persons who are not contracted with the
Company.
(D) Reselling products/services offered by the Company.
2. Use or attempt to use any automated program, software or
system or any similar or equivalent process;
3. Obtaining or attempting to obtain unauthorized access through
hacking, password "mining" or any other means,
